A buyer of any product purchased from this site has the right to cancel the order within 30 days of purchase or within 30 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Any order canceled must be notified by email to info@ministryofvideo.co.uk giving order details together with DVD/HD Blu-ray title. Returned goods must be posted recorded delivery to the above address. Returned goods must be in the original casing and be free of any damage such as scratches or other markings. We will not accept liabilty and we will not give a refund under any circumstance for returned goods that are lost in the post. |
